OZ has acquired Thumbspeed Inc. from Hands-On Mobile. This acquisition, which closed on April 20th 2007 will expand OZ's expertise and offering for the mobile messaging market. With OZ's technology and market leadership, and Thumbspeed's strength in mobile client applications and innovation, a new and more formidable company is formed.

This acquisition positions OZ to uniquely deliver best-in-class, innovative Mobile Messaging Solutions to our partners and their customers - there by making OZ the undisputed leader in the next wave of mobile messaging services. Over the coming weeks, Thumbspeed will be integrated into OZ.
