PER LAURIDSEN JOINS OZ AS MANAGING DIRECTOR OF NEW EUROPEAN OFFICE

Mobile IM industry veteran to lead OZs expansion into Europe

London, UK - February 25, 2004 - OZ Communications, the leading enabler of standards-based mobile Instant Messaging and Presence Services, announced today at the 3GSM show in Cannes that Per Lauridsen has joined OZ as Managing Director of OZ in Europe. He will lead OZ's expansion into Europe from OZ's newly established London office. Mr. Lauridsen previously served as Director of Business Development for AOL Mobile.

The market for mobile Instant Messaging and Presence Services is growing rapidly, fuelled by the availability of mobile phones with standards-based IM software and increased market demand for mobile messaging services. In particular, mobile access to existing IM services has enjoyed tremendous market success in North America in the past few months. This has been driven by deployments of standards-based mobile IM clients and infrastructure, including the deployment of OZ's Mobile IM Gateway and client software for T-Mobile USA.
