NOKIA LICENSES OZ’S MOBILE IM TECHNOLOGY

OZ's mobile IM client software to be included in a variety of Nokia mobile devices

Montreal, Canada - November 29, 2004 - OZ, the leading enabler of standards-based mobile Instant Messaging and Presence Services, today announced that the Company has licensed its Mobile IM Client software to Nokia to deliver branded IM clients to a variety of Nokia’s mobile devices. Designed for handset manufacturers seeking to quickly integrate IMPS clients onto mobile handsets, the OZ Mobile IM Client provides the best possible mobile IM experience with a fully branded user interface for access to existing IM services.

The new multi-year agreement builds upon an on-going 2-year relationship between OZ and Nokia. Nokia has already incorporated the OZ Mobile IM Client on several devices including the Nokia 3595, which was the first commercial device to use standardized mobile IM technology, and the recently launched Nokia 6800, which was the first mobile device to be commercially launched (on T-Mobile) with all four IM services available out of the box. The OZ Mobile IM Client software allows Nokia’s phone users to partake in a unique mobile IM experience. By adding this valued service, users can now simply choose their IM provider (AOL®, ICQ®, MSN® or Yahoo! ®) and easily connect to family and friends.
