OZ SELECTED BY AT&T TO POWER NEW OGO MESSAGING DEVICE

OZ technology a key enabler for mobile IM and email access on the Ogo device

Montreal, Canada - September 28, 2004 - OZ, the leading enabler of standards-based mobile Instant Messaging and Presence Services, today announced that the OZ Mobile IM and Email Gateway solutions are powering the mobile IM and email access on the recently launched AT&T Ogo™ device – a radically new and affordable consumer mobile messaging device.

The OZ Mobile Email Gateway enables mobile users to access their MSN® Hotmail email services using standard IMAP email clients by providing dynamic protocol conversion between the IMAP protocol and the MSN’s Hotmail protocol. The gateway furthermore gives mobile operators the ability to bill for Hotmail services using a variety of billing models and provides the necessary reporting and customer care capabilities mobile operators require.
