OZ INSTANT MESSAGING TECHNOLOGY ADDED TO SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONES The fastest growing mobile phone manufacturer incorporates OZ Mobile IM Client solution on new North American phones Montreal, Canada - November 9, 2004 - OZ, the leading enabler of standards-based mobile Instant Messaging and Presence Services, today announced that Samsung has selected the OZ Mobile IM Client to be integrated onto Samsung’s latest mobile handsets. Working with OZ further supports Samsung’s North American market launch of mobile IM capable devices. “The demand for feature-rich mobile services like mobile IM is rapidly increasing, and Samsung continually strives to bring advanced services to mobile operators and their subscribers,” said Muzib Khan, Vice President of Product Management, Samsung Wireless Terminals Division. “OZ’s Mobile IM Client solution will allow us to provide customers with the mobile IM experience they desire.” The OZ Mobile IM Client is deployed as a pre-loaded client application on the new Samsung X427M and E317 mobile phones, which are available on the Cingular network; and the Samsung E315 is available on the T-Mobile network.
