PANTECH ADDS OZ MESSAGING TECHNOLOGY TO ITS MOBILE PHONES

OZ Mobile IM client powers the world's smallest camera flip phone for consumer messaging

Montreal, Canada - June 13, 2006 - OZ, the leading mobile messaging solution provider, today announced that Pantech, the number two mobile phone manufacturer in South Korea, has selected the OZ Mobile IM Client solution to be integrated into the latest Pantech mobile handsets; most notably the world's smallest camera flip phone, the Pantech C300¹.

OZ and Pantech have signed a global agreement which allows Pantech to effectively embed the widely used OZ mobile messaging technology into any Pantech mobile phone worldwide. Licensed technology under the agreement includes the embedded OZ Mobile IM client as well as the OZ Mobile Email client.

The OZ Mobile Messaging client is available on the new Pantech C300 device on the Cingular Wireless network, with more devices to be announced shortly. Working with OZ, Pantech provides mobile operators and consumers with sleek and attractively designed handsets that enable end users to use the most popular mobile messaging application while they are on the move, providing them with the ability to stay in control and up to date with their friends and family.
