OZ PROMOTES JIM KNAPIK TO PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Skuli Mogensen to assume role of Chairman

Montreal, Canada - June 5, 2007 - OZ, the leading consumer mobile messaging solution provider, today announced that Jim Knapik, the company's Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Founder Skuli Mogensen, who has served as President and CEO of OZ, will become Chairman of the Board and remain actively involved with the company's business and customers.

Over the past 12 months, OZ has had tremendous success in the mobile messaging arena, with over 25 deployments with various Mobile Operators who represent more than 400 million subscribers. Among its recent achievements, OZ has embedded its solutions on over 90 million devices, acquired Thumbspeed, grew the team to 270 employees and secured market leadership in North America and Europe. In the CEO role, Jim Knapik will lead OZ in the next phase of its growth, be strategically involved by working with OZ's customers and partners - the world's largest mobile operators, handset manufacturers and online communities - as well as deliver the next generation of mobile messaging solutions to the market.
