OZ NAMES MICHEL BESNER SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Experienced Technology Industry Veteran Joins OZ to Further Drive the Company's Market Leadership

Montreal, Canada - March 19, 2008 – OZ, the leading consumer mobile messaging solution provider, today announced that it has named Michel Besner to the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing. Michel Besner will report directly to OZ President and CEO Jim Knapik and be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing and product management for OZ.

Prior to joining OZ, Besner was a senior director at Autodesk, a world leader in 2D and 3D design software for the manufacturing, building and construction and media and entertainment markets. While at Autodesk, he was responsible for overseeing the 3D entertainment and design visualization product line.

Besner also co-founded and served as president of Kaydara, Inc., a leading provider of products and technologies for real-time authoring and delivery of 3D digital media content. Under his guidance, Kaydara was one of the fastest growing technology companies in Canada from 1997-2002. The company was acquired by Alias Systems in 2004.

Besner holds a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from l'Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal.
